The Bastard Baking Company is a product of the land and community of Delta and the surrounding area. The main ingredient for all its baked goods is organic red fife wheat flour that is grown by Ironwood Organics and ground at the Old Stone Mill, a National Historic Site and one of the earliest surviving grist mills in this country.
